Responsibilities

- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with local regulations.
- Control inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh produce.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender.
- Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or Cook Helper in a reputable F&B restaurant setting.
- Strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of various cooking methods and cuisines.
- Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated discipline, responsibility, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Quick learner with a flexible mindset, able to adapt to new recipes, equipment, and service styles.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with both kitchen and front‑of‑house staff.
- Basic knowledge of food costing, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Willingness to work a six‑day schedule (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
