Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Biology, Education, or a related field.
- Active university student (up to semester 5) or fresh graduate; teaching assistants, freelance teachers, and honorary teachers are welcome.
- Strong command of the biology curriculum for senior high school levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary tutoring team.

- Preferred residence in Solo Raya (Surakarta, Sukoharjo, Karanganyar, Boyolali) to minimize travel time.
- Own a reliable vehicle for commuting to student homes or tutoring centers.

- Basic proficiency with digital teaching tools (e.g., Google Classroom, Zoom, interactive whiteboards).
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
