Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Sales Kanvas to join our dynamic team covering the Sunter area in North Jakarta. This front‑line role focuses on building strong relationships with retail partners and end‑customers, delivering our product range directly to stores, and driving revenue growth in a highly competitive market. Responsibilities

  • Execute daily sales routes by visiting assigned retail outlets and individual customers throughout the Sunter region.
  • Present, demonstrate, and promote our product portfolio, highlighting key features, benefits, and promotional offers.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision‑makers.
  • Monitor inventory levels on each visit, ensuring shelves are stocked according to planograms and replenishment needs are communicated promptly.
  • Accurately record sales transactions, update customer information, and submit detailed daily activity reports to the regional supervisor.
  • Communicate upcoming promotions, new product launches, and pricing changes to all customers to maximize upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in stores, ensuring product displays are clean, organized, and aligned with corporate branding guidelines.
  • Achieve or surpass assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall market share growth of the territory.
  • Provide feedback from the field regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: No maximum age limit; candidates of any age who meet the competency criteria are encouraged to apply.
