Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our dynamic team as Restaurant Staff at our bustling location in Sukoharjo. This full‑time position offers a supportive work environment where you will interact directly with guests, contribute to smooth daily operations, and develop valuable hospitality skills. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide product knowledge, suggest menu items, and handle special dietary requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations according to health‑safety standards.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up tables, restocking supplies, and performing cash‑register reconciliation.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow crew members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
  • Follow the restaurant’s standard operating procedures and safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve service quality and stay updated on menu changes.
  • Document any incidents or feedback and report them to the supervisor for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female (preferred as per client specification).
  • Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum).
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
  • Basic proficiency with a point‑of‑sale (POS) system is a plus.
  • Must submit the following documents:
    • Cover letter (Surat Lamaran)
    • Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Daftar Riwayat Hidup
    • Photocopy of latest diploma (Ijazah)
    • Photocopy of KTP
    • Photocopy of Kartu Keluarga
    • Recent passport‑style photo
