Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide product knowledge, suggest menu items, and handle special dietary requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations according to health‑safety standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up tables, restocking supplies, and performing cash‑register reconciliation.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow crew members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Follow the restaurant’s standard operating procedures and safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve service quality and stay updated on menu changes.
- Document any incidents or feedback and report them to the supervisor for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (preferred as per client specification).
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum).
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Basic proficiency with a point‑of‑sale (POS) system is a plus.
