Responsibilities
- Customer Hunting (Canvassing): Visit residential complexes, commercial centers, and office parks to introduce and promote My Republic’s fiber‑optic packages.
- Product Influencing: Explain technical benefits and attractive pricing plans in a lively, easy‑to‑understand manner that captivates prospects.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales quotas, with additional incentives for upselling premium bundles and value‑added services.
- Relationship Building: Develop a “Circle of Trust” by maintaining regular contact with clients, addressing post‑sale issues, and ensuring long‑term satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Record sales activities, monitor competitor actions, and provide timely feedback to the marketing and product teams.
- Team Collaboration: Share best practices with fellow sales executives and contribute to a supportive, family‑like workplace culture.
- Reporting: Submit daily activity logs and weekly performance summaries through the company’s CRM system.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 40 years old.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- No prior sales experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey technical concepts in simple terms.
- Self‑driven attitude with a passion for achieving targets and earning commissions.
- Basic analytical skills for tracking sales performance and market trends.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00‑18:00.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field visits.
