Introduction

Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the building‑material and home‑appliance sectors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for both B2B and B2C customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to secure profitable sales while maintaining company standards.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow‑up.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, logistics, and after‑sales teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular market feedback, competitor analysis, and customer insights to help shape product strategy.
- Participate in trade shows, promotional events, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, performance metrics, and activity logs on a weekly basis.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher in any field; graduates from technical or business programs are preferred.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in retail building‑material, home‑appliance, or related industries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and build collaborative relationships.
- Target‑driven mindset with high motivation, energy, and a proactive attitude toward achieving goals.
- Valid SIM C driver’s license and reliable personal transportation for client visits.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Kendari, ensuring prompt field coverage.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a customer‑centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
