Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Kasir Penjualan (Morning Shift) to join our fast‑growing retail team in Purwodadi, Grobogan. This full‑time position works from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday, and offers a dynamic environment where excellent customer service and accurate cash handling are paramount. Responsibilities
- Process all sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, ensuring proper handling of cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area, including regular stock of receipts, bags, and promotional materials.
- Verify the authenticity of cash and currency notes, promptly reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering product inquiries and resolving minor issues on the spot.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with sales associates and floor staff to ensure smooth flow of customers and minimize wait times.
- Perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation, preparing reports for the store manager and ensuring balanced registers.
- Assist with inventory counts and shelf restocking during off‑peak hours as needed.
- Uphold strict adherence to health, safety, and security protocols, including loss‑prevention measures.
- Continuously improve product knowledge through regular training sessions and stay updated on promotions and pricing changes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates preferred; however, all qualified applicants are welcome.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Basic proficiency with cash register systems (Sistem Kasir) and familiarity with digital payment platforms.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
