Responsibilities

- Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area, ensuring that receipts, bags, and promotional materials are readily available.
- Reconcile daily cash drawers, prepare cash reports, and flag any discrepancies for management review.
- Assist kitchen staff during peak hours by preparing basic ingredients, plating simple dishes, and ensuring a smooth flow of orders.
- Participate in regular training sessions focused on food safety, hygiene standards, and basic cooking techniques.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to uphold a positive work atmosphere and meet service speed targets.
- Monitor inventory levels for checkout supplies (e.g., bags, receipt paper) and communicate restocking needs to supervisors.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, both at the register and within the kitchen environment.
- Contribute ideas for improving customer experience, suggesting menu tweaks or service enhancements based on direct guest feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer‑service role.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail for accurate transaction handling.
- Passion for cooking and a willingness to be trained as a junior chef (especially for male candidates, though all genders are welcome).
- Ability to work effectively in a team, communicating clearly with both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff.
- Maximum age of 28 years and residence in the Genteng area or nearby neighborhoods.
- Commitment to a minimum one‑year employment term; applicants must not be currently enrolled in school or university.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a courteous demeanor, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic proficiency with POS software and familiarity with standard cash‑handling procedures.
