Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize all operational paperwork, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and internal memos.
- Perform daily data entry and reconciliation tasks, ensuring that all financial and inventory records are up‑to‑date.
- Prepare routine reports for management, such as production summaries, expense tracking, and workforce attendance logs.
- Coordinate with the procurement, production, and logistics departments to streamline workflow and resolve administrative bottlenecks.
- Manage the company’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics for senior staff when required.
- Support the HR team with onboarding documentation, employee file maintenance, and compliance audits.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to develop simple spreadsheets, pivot tables, and charts that aid decision‑making.
- Ensure that the office environment remains tidy, professional, and equipped with necessary supplies.
- Act as a point of contact for external vendors and partners, handling inquiries and maintaining positive relationships.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative or operational experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, and basic data analysis.
- Strong numerical aptitude and a genuine enjoyment of working with numbers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Professional appearance and personal hygiene that reflect the company’s standards.
