Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily office activities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing agendas for team leaders.
  • Assist in the preparation of routine reports, data entry, and basic analysis to support decision‑making processes.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies, place orders, and track deliveries to guarantee uninterrupted workflow.
  • Handle incoming communications—phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries—with professionalism and timely follow‑up.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing workstations, orientation materials, and necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline procedures, identify bottlenecks, and propose practical improvements.
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions and adhere to contractual obligations, continuously enhancing job‑related competencies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws in all administrative activities.
  • Provide general assistance during special projects, events, or peak operational periods as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Female candidates only, as per the specific workforce composition needs.
  • Strong sense of discipline, reliability, and accountability.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities; capable of collaborating with diverse groups and contributing positively to team morale.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning through training programs and to commit to contractual terms.
  • Prior experience in administrative or operational roles is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with related internships or volunteer work will be considered.
