Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and personable Kasir Wanita to manage daily sales transactions at our retail outlet. This full‑time position offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Saturday, with hours spanning 08:00 to 17:00. Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Process sales transactions, issue receipts, and ensure that all monetary exchanges are balanced at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and ensure that all promotional materials are displayed correctly.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges, providing courteous and knowledgeable service.
- Monitor inventory levels at the register, flagging low‑stock items for replenishment.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to manage peak‑hour traffic, minimizing wait times.
- Report any technical issues with the cash register or payment terminals to the store manager promptly.
- Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling, fraud prevention, and data privacy.
- Contribute to daily closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and preparing end‑of‑day reports.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new products, promotions, and POS system upgrades.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this specific role).
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in a cashier or retail sales environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with cash register systems, basic computer literacy, and ability to learn proprietary POS software.

- Physical Stamina: Capacity to stand for extended periods and handle occasional heavy cash handling.
