Introduction

We are seeking two dedicated and reliable women to join our Bagian Produksi Donat – Tim Pembuatan & Pengawasan Kualitas at our modern bakery facility in Palu Timur and surrounding areas. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of taste, texture, and visual appeal that our customers expect from every donut that leaves the production line. Candidates must have a minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent, possess a personal vehicle for reliable transportation, and be available to work full‑time without concurrent schooling commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare dough mixes according to standardized recipes, ensuring proper ingredient ratios and consistent hydration.
  • Operate dough sheeting, cutting, and shaping equipment to produce uniformly sized donut pieces.
  • Monitor frying temperature and time, adjusting settings to achieve the perfect golden‑brown exterior while maintaining a soft interior.
  • Conduct real‑time quality inspections, checking for defects such as uneven rise, surface cracks, or undercooked centers.
  • Apply glazes, fillings, and toppings with precision, following product specifications for each flavor variant.
  • Maintain clean and sanitary workstations, adhering to food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP).
  • Record production data, batch numbers, and any deviations in the daily logbook for traceability.
  • Assist with inventory checks, receiving raw materials, and rotating stock to minimize waste.
  • Collaborate closely with the packaging and distribution teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement meetings, offering suggestions to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (both positions are reserved for women).
  • Residence: Preference given to candidates living in Palu Timur or nearby districts.
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Transportation: Own motorbike or car for commuting to the factory.
  • Availability: Must not be currently enrolled in school or university programs.
  • Personal Traits: Reliable, low‑maintenance personality, and able to work harmoniously in a team without unnecessary drama.
  • Skills: Basic bread‑making knowledge, ability to follow detailed production instructions, and a keen eye for product quality.
  • Physical Capability: Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg when handling ingredient bags or finished product trays.
