Responsibilities
- Warmly greet patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the clinic’s brand standards.
- Manage and coordinate daily appointment schedules using our clinic management software, confirming bookings and sending reminders.
- Provide clear, concise information about the clinic’s treatment offerings, pricing, and pre‑procedure requirements.
- Handle patient check‑in and check‑out processes, including verification of personal data and consent forms.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily cash flow, including petty‑cash management and expense reporting.
- Maintain accurate patient records, update medical histories, and ensure confidentiality in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Capture high‑quality “before” photographs for treatment documentation and marketing purposes, following strict consent protocols.
- Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries, directing them to the appropriate specialist when necessary.
- Assist the clinical team with inventory checks, ordering of office supplies, and preparation of treatment rooms.
- Support special promotional events, patient education sessions, and loyalty programs to enhance patient engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a front‑desk, reception, or customer‑service role, preferably within a medical or aesthetic setting.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Professional appearance, impeccable grooming, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
- High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Women aged 20‑30 are preferred, though all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, from 09:30 AM to 09:00 PM.
