Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and manage comprehensive account acquisition programs targeting schools, community groups, UMKM, and government agencies.
  • Conduct thorough market research and field surveys to identify high‑potential institutions and assess their needs.
  • Develop and present partnership proposals for financial literacy initiatives, simple banking solutions, and account opening campaigns.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with public and private entities to ensure smooth implementation of programs.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, complete with performance metrics and supporting documentation for senior management.
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach business partners and internal team members to expand the reach of our services.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of contacts across educational institutions, government bodies, community organizations, and micro‑enterprise sectors.
  • Monitor regional market trends, identify growth opportunities, and adapt strategies to maximize regional potential.
  • Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and product teams to align acquisition activities with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies throughout all partnership activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or a related B2B environment (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Extensive network of contacts in schools, government agencies, community groups, and micro‑businesses.
  • Strong business development and team‑leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in B2B marketing, customer relationship management, and sales analysis.
  • Ability to produce clear, data‑driven reports and presentations.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; age is not a limiting factor.
