Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Security Sragen – Penjaga Keamanan Kantor to join our dynamic team responsible for safeguarding the warehouse area in Sragen. This full‑time position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, orderly environment for employees, visitors, and valuable assets. The ideal candidate will be a disciplined, observant male professional, aged 35 or younger, who holds a valid GP (Guard Professional) certification and meets our physical standards.
Responsibilities
- Patrol the warehouse perimeter and interior on a scheduled and unscheduled basis to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Monitor CCTV systems, alarm panels, and access control devices, promptly reporting any irregularities to management.
- Conduct thorough entry and exit checks, verifying identification and ensuring that only authorized personnel and vehicles enter the premises.
- Enforce company security policies, emergency procedures, and safety regulations, providing clear instructions during drills or actual incidents.
- Perform regular inspections of fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and safety signage to guarantee compliance with local regulations.
- Document daily activities, incidents, and handover reports with accuracy, maintaining a clear audit trail for management review.
- Assist in the coordination of deliveries and shipments, guiding drivers to designated loading zones while preventing congestion and potential hazards.
- Provide basic first‑aid assistance when needed and promptly alert medical services in case of emergencies.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, supplying evidence such as video footage or written statements.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current on security best practices, conflict resolution, and crisis management.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male (Laki‑laki).
- Physical: Minimum height of 165 cm; physically fit to stand, walk, and respond quickly during long shifts.
- Certification: Must possess a valid GP (Guard Professional) certificate.
- Work Schedule: Monday through Sunday, 07:00 – 19:00 (12‑hour shifts).
- Key Skills: Strong observational abilities, effective communication, basic conflict‑resolution, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward safety.
- Additional Attributes: Ability to work independently, high level of integrity, and willingness to adhere to strict confidentiality standards.
