Responsibilities
- Execute daily tasks in strict accordance with the restaurant’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring consistency and quality.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports at the end of each shift, highlighting key metrics such as turnover, upselling performance, and inventory usage.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain all restaurant equipment—including kitchen appliances, POS terminals, and dining furniture—to guarantee safe and efficient operation.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area, kitchen, and back‑of‑house spaces.
- Provide courteous, attentive service to every customer, addressing inquiries, taking orders, and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting tables, restocking supplies, and conducting end‑of‑day cash reconciliations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow crew members to ensure smooth workflow during peak periods and special events.
- Participate in regular training sessions, safety drills, and team meetings to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 28 years.
- All genders are welcome; candidates must be Muslim as per the restaurant’s cultural guidelines.
- Polished personal appearance and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers in both Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and equipment handling is advantageous.
- Readiness to be assigned to any DBESTO outlet in Sumatra Barat based on operational needs.
