This role is the front‑line driver of B2B expansion, responsible for forging strategic partnerships, increasing revenue streams, and positioning the organization as a premier partner for corporate clients in the automotive and financial industries.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, including fleet operators, financial institutions, rental agencies, and multinational corporations.
  • Build and nurture long‑term strategic partnerships, ensuring mutual value creation and sustained collaboration.
  • Conduct business outreach, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate partnership agreements that align with company objectives.
  • Expand the corporate client portfolio by actively prospecting, networking, and attending industry events and trade shows.
  • Perform comprehensive market analysis, tracking automotive industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging financing models to inform acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, finance, operations, and product development—to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue contribution, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Travel frequently within the region, representing the company at client sites, conferences, and on‑site negotiations as required.
  • Contribute directly to the achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets, driving overall business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; all majors are welcome.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B or corporate marketing, preferably within the automotive, multifinance, banking, or rental sectors.
  • Established network and strong relationships with key decision‑makers in the used‑vehicle and finance ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated negotiation expertise, with a hunter‑mindset and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of delivering persuasive pitches and fostering trust.
  • Result‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable working autonomously in a mobile, fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in market research tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to relocate to or commute to the Head Office in Grosir Mobil Ternate and to start as soon as possible.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional extended hours for client events.
