Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Staf Dapur for our Grobogan branch, to be based in the vibrant town of Purwodadi. This full‑time kitchen staff role is an excellent entry point for individuals who are passionate about food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and delivering a positive dining experience. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team that serves a wide range of traditional Indonesian dishes and modern menu items, operating under a schedule of Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
  • Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen, including regular deep‑cleaning of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
  • Operate and troubleshoot kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and food processors safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing food deliveries, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO) and minimizing waste.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, spices, and consumables, and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
  • Collaborate closely with chefs, sous‑chefs, and fellow kitchen staff to meet peak‑hour demand while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations, including proper temperature control, allergen management, and personal hygiene practices.
  • Support the preparation of daily specials, promotional items, and catering orders as directed.
  • Document any equipment malfunctions or safety incidents promptly for corrective action.
  • Contribute ideas for menu improvement, waste reduction, and workflow optimization.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 30 years or younger.
  • Gender: Female (the role is primarily intended for women, though all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • No prior professional experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
  • Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively under time‑critical conditions and handle stress with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – humble, cheerful, and able to spread positive vibes among team members.
  • Basic proficiency in operating common kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Willingness to work the prescribed schedule of six days per week, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
