We are seeking a motivated Kurir Rekrutmen Sumber Daya Manusia to join our fast‑growing logistics team. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze the daily and weekly courier demand across all HUB locations, using internal dashboards and client forecasts.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract qualified couriers and sorters, including social media campaigns, job board postings, and campus outreach.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephone and face‑to‑face interviews, and assess candidates’ driving records, reliability, and customer‑service orientation.
  • Coordinate candidate scheduling, ensuring that all selected couriers are present for onboarding, training, and shift assignments.
  • Maintain regular communication with client partners to clarify staffing requirements, shift patterns, and performance expectations.
  • Prepare and manage recruitment documentation, including contracts, background‑check authorizations, and onboarding checklists.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, offer acceptance rate, retention) to continuously improve the hiring process.
  • Provide feedback to the operations team on talent gaps, skill shortages, and market trends that may affect service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, company policies, and safety standards throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Age range: 18–45 years.
  • Gender: Female candidates only, as specified by client operational policy.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably within logistics, transportation, or a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for entry‑level and operational roles such as couriers and sorters.
  • Proficiency with 3ds Max (for visualizing workflow layouts) is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities, with a focus on building long‑term relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Comfortable using Android smartphones (minimum 4 GB RAM) for on‑the‑go communication, video interviews, and recruitment apps.
  • Own a reliable motorcycle for site visits and candidate pick‑ups.
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
