Responsibilities

- Monitor inventory levels, process purchase orders, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Prepare and distribute shift schedules, attendance sheets, and performance reports for outlet staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking, ensuring that operational costs remain within approved limits.
- Support the outlet manager in planning promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, conducting regular checks and filing required reports.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including sales, marketing, and logistics—to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Utilize office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and specialized point‑of‑sale (POS) systems to generate daily sales summaries and analytical reports.
- Provide training and on‑boarding assistance for new hires, ensuring they understand outlet procedures and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Prior experience in administrative or operational roles is preferred, though motivated newcomers are also welcome.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
