Working Tuesday through Sunday, you’ll be part of a close‑knit, family‑like environment where your passion for technology and people translates into tangible results and attractive commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Hunting (Canvassing): Travel to residential neighborhoods, commercial districts, and office parks to identify and engage potential customers for MyRepublic’s fiber‑optic services.
  • Product Influencing: Deliver dynamic, easy‑to‑understand presentations that highlight the speed, reliability, and value of MyRepublic packages, turning curiosity into sign‑ups.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales quotas, with additional opportunities for upselling premium plans and add‑on services to boost earnings.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate a “Circle of Trust” by providing post‑sale support, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring long‑term customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Record all sales activities, monitor competitor actions, and relay market insights to the sales manager for strategic adjustments.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of visits, leads, and conversions in the company’s CRM system, guaranteeing data integrity and transparency.
  • Team Collaboration: Share best practices with fellow executives, participate in weekly briefings, and contribute to a positive, results‑driven culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career‑switchers are welcome.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you must be comfortable speaking to strangers and building rapport quickly.
  • Self‑motivation and a results‑oriented mindset; ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals.
