Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach (canvas) to potential customers and existing clients, presenting our cash‑advance products in a clear, compelling manner.
- Perform detailed product presentations, highlighting benefits, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria to ensure customers make informed decisions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads through systematic follow‑up activities, using CRM tools to track interactions and progress.
- Assist customers throughout the loan disbursement process, coordinating with internal underwriting, documentation, and compliance teams to ensure timely approvals.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities, recommending complementary financial solutions that align with the customer’s needs and financial goals.
- Gather market intelligence by monitoring competitor offerings, local market trends, and customer feedback, and relay insights to the product development team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
