Introduction

The successful candidate will act as the front‑line ambassador of our product portfolio, connecting with both existing and prospective customers to generate revenue and expand market share.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively market and promote Adira Finance’s range of financing products to existing clients and new prospects across the Jabodetabek region.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure orders from channel distribution partners, ensuring accurate initial data capture and thorough verification of customer documentation.
  • Prepare and complete credit applications, collating all required paperwork and liaising with the credit assessment team to expedite approval processes.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding status and decisions.
  • Communicate critical information such as repayment due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms or conditions that customers need to be aware of.
  • Maintain a detailed sales pipeline, regularly updating CRM systems to reflect client interactions, follow‑ups, and forecasted revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal departments—including underwriting, collections, and marketing—to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Represent Adira Finance at industry events, seminars, and community outreach programs to strengthen brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – recent graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Age: 30 years or younger.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales or financial product distribution (experience in a similar role is a strong advantage).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, perseverance, and honesty.
  • Own a reliable personal vehicle and possess a valid SIM A/C.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple client accounts and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools.
