Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Officer Remedial (Collection) – Perawang (Riau). This role is critical to maintaining the health of our loan portfolio by ensuring timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R). The successful candidate will work directly with our collections team, customers, and internal stakeholders to achieve recovery targets while upholding the highest standards of integrity and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loans, ensuring all activities are completed within scheduled timelines.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly A/R overdue reports and identify high‑risk accounts for immediate action.
- Conduct outbound calls, send written reminders, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with defaulters to negotiate repayment plans.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to verify customer information and assess repayment capacity.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, updating status changes, promises to pay, and settlement agreements.
- Prepare and present regular performance dashboards to senior management, highlighting collection success rates, challenges, and recommended corrective actions.
- Support the development of improved collection strategies by analyzing trends, customer behavior, and market conditions in the Riau region.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards throughout the collection process.
- Provide exceptional interpersonal service, acting as a trusted advisor to customers while protecting the company’s financial interests.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in any discipline; recent graduates are welcome.
- Male candidates only, aged 30 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in loan collection, credit monitoring, or related financial services (experience is a plus, not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using credit management software, Excel, and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, at the Adira Finance office nearest to the candidate’s domicile.
