Responsibilities
- Manage daily inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and regularly conduct cycle counts.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, such as packing lists, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Coordinate with transportation providers to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring optimal routing and load utilization.
- Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment orders to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Implement and uphold safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to fire‑safety regulations.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to generate reports, track performance metrics, and present data to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process bottlenecks and proposing corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with the procurement, sales, and customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and complies with all regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the client’s operational needs).
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age meeting the qualification criteria are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in warehouse administration or logistics support.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication, problem‑solving mindset, and a high level of attention to detail.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 17:30, with the flexibility to adapt to occasional peak‑season demands.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift moderate loads and stand for extended periods when necessary.
