We are looking for a dynamic and customer‑focused Sales Counter Associate to join our team at the Bisma Sunset Road outlet. Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with their preferences.
- Maintain an organized and attractive sales counter, ensuring that merchandise is well‑stocked, properly labeled, and displayed according to visual guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handle cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts and warranties.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and follow up on after‑sales service to guarantee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with inventory and supply‑chain teams to monitor stock levels, report low‑stock items, and coordinate restocking activities.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by actively promoting promotions, upselling complementary items, and participating in in‑store marketing events.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Work effectively under pressure during peak hours, multitasking between customer service, cash handling, and inventory duties.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, product performance, and potential improvements to the sales process.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates up to 35 years old (flexible based on experience).
- Gender: Male (but all qualified individuals are encouraged to apply).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
