The Mitra Program Penawaran Denda position based in Banda Aceh (Teuku Umar) is a critical field‑role focused on offering settlement options to customers who have outstanding penalties. As a front‑line representative of our organization, you will engage directly with clients, build trust, and guide them toward timely payment solutions while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door visits and scheduled appointments to present payment or settlement offers to customers with outstanding fines.
- Explain the details of each penalty, clarify the consequences of non‑payment, and outline the benefits of early settlement.
- Negotiate flexible payment plans that align with the company’s policies and the customer’s financial capability.
- Maintain accurate records of each interaction, update the CRM system in real time, and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets while adhering to ethical collection practices.
- Collaborate with the central office to receive updated offers, promotional incentives, and policy changes.
- Provide feedback from the field to help refine our offer structures and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Travel within the assigned territory using a personal motorcycle, ensuring punctuality and safety on all routes.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on negotiation techniques, legal considerations, and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Possession of a valid motorbike and a current SIM C driver’s license.
- Strong personal integrity, resilience, and a “never give up” attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Honesty, responsibility, and a willingness to work in the field from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Basic understanding of debt collection processes and the ability to explain financial terms clearly.
