To support this mission, we are expanding our field operations in the Pangkalan Pinang area and are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Petugas Lapangan (Field Officer). This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will directly interact with customers, help them stay on track with their loan repayments, and contribute to the overall health of our portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Visit customer residences in the Pangkalan Pinang region to conduct face‑to‑face collection activities for overdue credit installments.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with borrowers, explaining repayment options and negotiating payment arrangements in line with company policy.
- Achieve monthly collection targets set by the regional manager, ensuring that delinquency rates are reduced.
- Complete a prescribed number of daily visits, maintaining accurate logs and updating the CRM system in real time.
- Follow all established collection procedures, including documentation of conversations, verification of payments received, and escalation of high‑risk cases.
- Collaborate with the credit and risk teams to share field insights that can improve credit underwriting and risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s reputation while operating independently in the field.
Requirements
- Age: 18 – 55 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent (MA, Paket C).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for field travel.
- In‑depth knowledge of the Pangkalan Pinang area, including local neighborhoods and main thoroughfares.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to handle difficult conversations with confidence and courtesy.
- Self‑motivated and target‑driven mindset, with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Basic proficiency with mobile data entry tools and familiarity with CRM or collection software is a plus.
- Preferred: Minimum 2 years of experience in field collection; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to the Pangkalan Pinang area.
