Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Staf Akuntansi Keuangan dan Pelaporan to join our finance team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial administration, ensuring that every transaction is accurately recorded, reconciled, and reported in compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations. Responsibilities
- Input and verify daily financial transaction data into the accounting system, guaranteeing completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare periodic financial statements and management reports, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow summaries.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers, ensuring timely settlement of invoices and collection of receivables.
- Conduct regular checks of supporting documentation, perform variance analysis, and flag any inconsistencies for corrective action.
- Archive and file all financial documents in accordance with company policy and legal retention requirements.
- Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing activities, providing necessary schedules and schedules for auditors.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data for budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑control initiatives.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, responding to inquiries, and ensuring audit trails are complete.
- Continuously improve accounting processes by recommending automation tools and best‑practice procedures.
- Adhere to the established work schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, while maintaining high productivity and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or associate degree (D4) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work experience: Entry‑level (0+ years) – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong command of accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and document‑management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
