Introduction
PT. XYZ Mobile Solutions, a leading provider of automotive financing and distribution services in East Java, is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Mobile to join our expanding team in Pandaan, Jawa Timur. This role focuses on building strong relationships with existing and new customers, driving sales of our product portfolio, and ensuring a seamless credit application process from initial contact to final settlement.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable navigating a fast‑paced market while upholding the highest standards of integrity and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and engage both existing and prospective customers to promote the company’s automotive financing products and related services.
- Generate sales orders through the channel distribution network, capturing accurate initial data and performing thorough verification of customer documentation.
- Prepare, submit, and track credit applications, ensuring all required paperwork is complete and compliant with internal policies.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers, and provide guidance on next steps.
- Inform customers about payment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional requirements to avoid delinquency.
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM system, generate regular sales reports, and provide market feedback to the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to resolve any issues that may arise during the credit assessment process.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, attend product training sessions, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Utilize personal vehicle and valid SIM A/C for field visits, ensuring timely coverage of the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Age: Maximum 29 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or credit liaison role; relevant experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own reliable transportation and a valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM A/C).
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and basic data entry.
