Introduction

TOUS les JOURS, the internationally renowned bakery celebrated for its fresh‑baked French‑style breads, pastries, and artisanal cakes, is expanding its footprint in Indonesia. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our front‑of‑house team as Staff Hall – Casual. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will interact directly with guests, showcase our premium products, and uphold the high standards of hygiene and service that define the TOUS brand.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange and refresh product displays throughout the store, ensuring that breads, pastries, and cakes are presented attractively and are readily accessible to customers.
  • Maintain a spotless dine‑in area, including tables, chairs, floors, and service stations, adhering to strict food safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items.
  • Assist with inventory checks, restocking of display cases, and coordination with the kitchen staff to guarantee product availability.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently while following company cash‑handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with teammates during shift changes, sharing information about special promotions, out‑of‑stock items, and any customer feedback.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, health & safety standards, and customer service excellence.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; D3 qualification is a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in the food & beverage (F&B) industry, especially as a waitress or floor staff, is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Age: No upper age limit; we value talent and attitude over age.
  • Shift Availability: Must be willing to work rotating shifts, specifically Tuesday through Sunday, 08:00 – 14:00.
  • Key Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and basic food service skills; ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities: Friendly, proactive, honest, responsible, and passionate about delivering a memorable customer experience.
