The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a solid grasp of social media trends, and the technical chops to produce eye‑catching visual content that resonates with our audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Research industry trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to generate fresh content ideas.
- Write SEO‑friendly copy that aligns with brand guidelines and drives organic traffic.
- Produce, edit, and publish high‑quality visual assets, including graphics, short‑form videos, and animations.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistency of brand messaging.
- Monitor platform algorithms, adjust tactics, and provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Maintain a strong, up‑to‑date portfolio showcasing a range of content types and successful campaigns.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster positive brand sentiment.
- Support email marketing initiatives by crafting compelling newsletters and promotional copy.
- Ensure all content complies with legal standards, copyright regulations, and internal quality checks.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or S1 (any major) preferred.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in the creative industry or a related field.
- Strong, relevant portfolio that demonstrates versatility in visual and written content.
- Solid understanding of content creation fundamentals, social media platforms, and current digital trends.
- Knowledge of platform algorithms and SEO‑friendly writing techniques.
- Creative mindset with a keen visual sense and the ability to translate ideas into engaging assets.
- Proficiency in editing and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software, etc.).
- Excellent storytelling skills, both written and visual.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines while maintaining brand standards.
- Male or female candidates up to 35 years of age; all genders are welcome.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM A) is a plus.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
