Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Cold N Brew outlet, guaranteeing smooth service from opening to closing.
- Schedule, train, and supervise barista staff, fostering a collaborative and customer‑focused work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and control costs.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including revenue, expenses, and profit margins.
- Set sales targets, develop promotional initiatives, and track key performance indicators to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, conducting regular audits and corrective actions.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for coffee preparation, equipment maintenance, and customer service excellence.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan in‑store events, seasonal menu launches, and community outreach programs.
- Report directly to regional management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a store leader, manager, or head‑bar in the Food & Beverage sector; coffee‑shop experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and managerial abilities, including team building, performance coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Strong analytical skills for financial reporting, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English; gender is not a restriction.
- Disciplined, detail‑oriented, and able to enforce standards consistently.
- High integrity, professionalism, and a results‑driven mindset.
- Willingness to be based full‑time at the Cold N Brew Balikpapan outlet.
- Technical competencies: operation of espresso machines, coffee brewing techniques, and basic equipment maintenance.
