We are seeking a passionate Guru Profesional dan Trainer Ahli who can inspire young minds, guide them through interactive projects, and foster a love for technology and engineering. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging LEGO‑based curricula for age‑appropriate groups, aligning lessons with educational standards and developmental milestones.
- Plan, prepare, and execute weekly lesson plans that incorporate robotics concepts, coding fundamentals, and STEM challenges.
- Facilitate hands‑on building sessions, guiding students through the assembly, programming, and testing of LEGO robots.
- Assess student progress through observation, quizzes, and project presentations; provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and teamwork.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors to develop interdisciplinary projects and share best teaching practices.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student achievements, classroom activities, and any areas needing attention.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document lesson outcomes, attendance, and resource inventories.
- Participate in occasional workshops, training sessions, and community events to promote the centre’s mission.
- Adhere to the centre’s schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or degree in IT or a related field is highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of teaching, tutoring, or training experience, preferably with children.
- Strong interest in robotics, programming, and STEM education; familiarity with LEGO Education kits is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in English (simple conversational level) to support bilingual instruction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to engage children with an enthusiastic tone, maintain a cheerful demeanor, and present material clearly.
- Non‑smoker, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to meet instructional targets.
- Creativity and imagination to design novel projects that challenge and delight students.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for lesson documentation and reporting.
