Introduction
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Guru Pendidikan Prasekolah to join our early childhood education team at our Ciputat unit. This full‑time position offers a rewarding opportunity to shape the foundational learning experiences of young children in a supportive, modern preschool environment. Working hours are Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with a collaborative culture that values professional growth, creativity, and community impact.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality teaching and learning activities in accordance with the school’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring each lesson is age‑appropriate, engaging, and aligned with the curriculum.
- Monitor and assess the developmental progress of each student, providing individualized feedback and support to foster cognitive, motor, social, and emotional growth.
- Implement unit‑wide programs and policies designed by the Head of Unit, such as health & safety drills, cultural celebrations, and inclusive classroom practices.
- Execute the annual academic agenda set by the Head of Academic, including thematic weeks, parent‑teacher conferences, and assessment cycles.
- Prepare and maintain accurate classroom records, attendance sheets, and learning portfolios for each child.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff to create a cohesive learning environment and share best practices.
- Participate actively in professional development sessions, recruitment drives, and training programs conducted at the corporate headquarters in Tangerang.
- Engage parents and caregivers through regular communication, newsletters, and open‑house events, fostering a strong home‑school partnership.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 23 – 35 years.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Early Childhood Education (PG‑PAUD) or related fields such as PGSD, PAI, or other education majors.
- At least 1 year of teaching experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey concepts clearly to young learners and their families.
- Open‑minded attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive, proactive work ethic.
- Willingness to travel to the corporate office in Tangerang for recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training sessions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to evolving educational strategies.
