Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading financial services provider in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to join our team covering the Wilayah Pelabuhanratu, Sukabumi region. This full‑time position offers the chance to engage with both existing and new customers, promote a portfolio of credit and financing products, and contribute to the growth of one of the country’s most trusted financial institutions.
Responsibilities
- Actively market and sell Adira Finance’s product suite—including consumer loans, vehicle financing, and micro‑credit solutions—to existing clients and prospects within the assigned territory.
- Generate new orders through channel distribution partners, collect initial customer data, and conduct thorough verification of documentation and credit applications.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring all customer information, credit scores, and supporting documents are up‑to‑date.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers, and provide clear guidance on next steps.
- Inform customers of repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional obligations, fostering transparency and trust.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and risk management teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the credit review process.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups with clients to assess satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure timely repayment.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as order volume, conversion rates, and collection metrics.
- Participate in local marketing events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility and attract new business.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted); fresh graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the financial or automotive financing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Proficiency in sales management, customer relationship management, and basic financial analysis.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet weekly and monthly targets.
