We are seeking a motivated Anggota Crew Dapur Operasional to join our dynamic kitchen team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency, cleanliness, and high‑standard output of our food preparation area. Responsibilities
- Prepare, portion, and assemble menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and food processors safely and efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols throughout all shifts.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, receive deliveries, and store ingredients in compliance with FIFO (first‑in‑first‑out) principles.
- Assist in the cleaning and organization of workstations, storage areas, and waste disposal systems at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with chefs, sous‑chefs, and other crew members to coordinate workflow during peak service periods.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the kitchen supervisor promptly.
- Participate in shift rotations, including weekends, public holidays, and occasional night shifts, to ensure continuous kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Female.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
- Demonstrated passion for kitchen work and a strong commitment to quality.
- Excellent attention to detail, disciplined work habits, and a responsible attitude.
- Strong teamwork skills with effective verbal communication.
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene standards and local food safety regulations.
- Ability to operate standard kitchen tools and equipment safely.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
