Responsibilities
- Accurately input data for all outgoing goods, ensuring each transaction is recorded in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
- Prepare and issue shipping notes (nota kirim) for customers, verifying that all details such as product codes, quantities, and delivery addresses are correct.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to confirm stock availability and resolve any discrepancies before dispatch.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and paper— for all operational documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Generate regular reports on outbound shipments, inventory levels, and delivery performance for senior management review.
- Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Support the procurement and sales departments by providing timely administrative assistance, such as preparing purchase orders and updating customer databases.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of operational processes, suggesting workflow enhancements to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards throughout all administrative tasks.
- Participate in periodic audits and inventory reconciliations, contributing accurate data and supporting documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the client’s operational needs).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in an administrative or operational support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong spreadsheet and data‑analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics processes is preferred.
