Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Koordinator Backup Data dan Pemulihan Sistem to join our dynamic team at our Kampung Batik facility. This full‑time position operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, providing critical support for data integrity and system recovery across the organization. The ideal candidate is a young woman (maximum 25 years old) who is currently pursuing higher education, possesses a strong work ethic, and is eager to develop technical and administrative skills in a fast‑growing environment.
Responsibilities
The Data Backup and System Recovery Coordinator will be responsible for safeguarding the company’s digital assets and ensuring rapid restoration in case of disruptions. Key duties include:
- Developing and maintaining a scheduled backup plan for all critical servers, workstations, and databases.
- Monitoring daily backup jobs, verifying successful completion, and troubleshooting failures promptly.
- Conducting periodic test restores to validate the integrity of backup sets and to refine recovery procedures.
- Documenting backup configurations, retention policies, and recovery steps in clear, accessible manuals.
- Coordinating with the IT infrastructure team to align backup windows with system maintenance and peak usage periods.
- Providing first‑level support for end‑users experiencing data loss, guiding them through recovery processes.
- Maintaining inventory of backup media, ensuring proper storage conditions, and overseeing off‑site replication.
- Participating in disaster‑recovery drills and contributing ideas for continuous improvement of business continuity plans.
- Assisting in the evaluation of new backup technologies and recommending cost‑effective solutions.
- Upholding strict confidentiality and data‑security standards in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; currently enrolled in a university program is preferred.
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this specific role).
- Age: Maximum 25 years old.
- Honesty, strong personal integrity, and a proactive attitude.
- High motivation to learn, with a genuine interest in IT administration and data management.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective communication in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
