Introduction
The Manufacturing and Operations Manager for our factory is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end production process, ensuring that product quality, safety, and efficiency standards are consistently met. This role reports directly to senior management and works closely with cross‑functional teams, including supply chain, quality assurance, and human resources. Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to achieve output targets while maintaining strict compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing lines, ensuring continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, yield, equipment effectiveness (OEE), and on‑time delivery, and generate regular reports for senior leadership.
- Manage workforce scheduling for a Monday‑to‑Saturday shift (08:00‑17:00), balancing labor costs with production demands.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate production staff, fostering a collaborative culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure raw material availability, and work with the logistics team to streamline inbound and outbound flows.
- Oversee equipment maintenance programs, liaise with engineering to troubleshoot breakdowns, and drive preventive maintenance initiatives to minimize downtime.
- Handle crisis situations and work under pressure to resolve bottlenecks, quality issues, or unexpected disruptions quickly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant food and beverage regulations, as the role specifically requires expertise in food and beverage management.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
