Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer to join our growing team in Bitung, Sulawesi. The role is pivotal in expanding our customer base, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth through the promotion of our financial products. Responsibilities
- Proactively present and sell Adira Finance’s suite of products to both existing and prospective customers, tailoring solutions to meet individual financial needs.
- Generate new business by acquiring orders from channel distribution partners, ensuring accurate initial data capture and thorough verification of customer documentation.
- Prepare, review, and complete all required credit application forms, supporting documents, and compliance checks before submission.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, maintain clear communication with dealers and customers, and promptly convey approval or rejection decisions.
- Inform customers of repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms that impact their loan obligations.
- Maintain a detailed sales pipeline, updating the CRM system daily to reflect leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
- Collaborate with internal underwriting, risk, and collection teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the credit approval process.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups with clients post‑approval to ensure satisfaction, encourage timely repayments, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share market insights, and contribute to the development of sales strategies for the Bitung branch.
- Uphold Adira Finance’s brand reputation by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a customer‑centric approach in all interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted). Fresh graduates are welcome, though a minimum of one year’s experience in a similar sales role is advantageous.
- Age limit: maximum 30 years.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the posting).
- Proven ability to manage B2C sales cycles, from prospecting to closing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own reliable motor vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C license for travel within the assigned territory.
- Competence in using sales management tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team‑oriented environment.
