Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu‑related questions, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, checking back regularly to confirm satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Handle payment transactions, process credit card authorizations, and issue receipts while maintaining strict cash control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setting, polishing glassware, and resetting tables after guests depart.
- Monitor inventory of tableware, napkins, and condiments, reporting shortages to the manager.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring all food handling procedures comply with local regulations.
- Collaborate with fellow team members during peak hours and support shift changes smoothly.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service protocols, and hospitality best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in the food & beverage (F&B) industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Age: 18‑26 years old.

- Strong interpersonal skills: polite, honest, detail‑oriented, and accountable.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, and to stand for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.

- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
