Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Manajer Operasi Sumber Daya Manusia to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all human resources operations run smoothly, from employee data management to compliance with labor regulations. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between the HR strategy and day‑to‑day execution, supporting a fast‑paced environment that spans multiple locations in the F&B, retail, or multi‑branch sectors.
Responsibilities
- Execute core operational and administrative HR functions with high accuracy, ensuring timely processing of employee records, contracts, and payroll inputs.
- Maintain and regularly update the master employee database, guaranteeing data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding activities, preparing necessary documentation and facilitating smooth transitions.
- Support compliance initiatives by monitoring adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and internal audit requirements.
- Prepare routine HR reports and analytics using Microsoft Excel and Google Drive to aid leadership in decision‑making.
- Assist in the administration of benefits enrollment, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including finance, operations, and legal—to resolve employee‑related issues promptly.
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR processes, promoting consistency across all branches.
- Provide frontline support for employee inquiries, ensuring a respectful and confidential handling of all requests.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing HR efficiency, such as implementing new HRIS tools or automating repetitive tasks.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D4/S1, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in HR administration or HR operations. Fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome.
- Industry Exposure: Prior exposure to the Food & Beverage, retail, or multi‑branch environments is highly preferred.
- Legal Knowledge: Basic understanding of Indonesian labor law and employment regulations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Drive; familiarity with HR management applications is a plus.
- Analytical Ability: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
