Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Staff Marketing to join our expanding branch in Pekalongan. This role focuses on promoting financing solutions for both consumer and business needs, leveraging vehicle collateral such as motorbike and car BPKB. Responsibilities
- Market and sell financing products, including consumer loans and business capital, secured by vehicle titles.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard Business Agents (BAs), brokers, and other third‑party partners who can generate qualified loan referrals.
- Conduct thorough analyses of potential BAs to ensure alignment with target market profiles and strategic growth objectives.
- Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with recruited BAs to enhance loyalty, motivation, and consistent referral flow.
- Perform field visits across the Pekalongan region to meet prospects, present product benefits, and gather market intelligence.
- Collaborate with internal underwriting and compliance teams to ensure applications meet all regulatory and risk standards.
- Track performance metrics, prepare weekly reports, and suggest improvements to the marketing strategy based on data insights.
- Participate in community events and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness and capture new leads.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma or SMA/SMK (candidates with relevant experience may be considered).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Possession of a personal motor vehicle and a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to persuade and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for field work and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic understanding of financial products and the regulatory landscape for secured lending is advantageous.
