Introduction

The position is based at the Adira Finance Cabang Sumatera Bagian Utara office, with a work schedule of Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.

Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of a D3/D4 qualification, be up to 30 years old, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. While recent graduates are welcome to apply, candidates with at least one year of relevant sales experience will have a competitive edge.

Responsibilities

The Sales Officer will be the front‑line ambassador for Adira Finance’s product portfolio. Key duties include:

  • Proactively presenting and promoting the company’s financial products to both existing clients and prospective customers.
  • Generating new orders through established distribution channels, capturing initial data, and ensuring all customer documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Conducting thorough verification of credit applications, liaising with internal underwriting teams, and maintaining meticulous records.
  • Monitoring the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates, and communicating approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Advising customers on payment schedules, due dates, and repayment locations, ensuring they have a clear understanding of all contractual obligations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end‑users to foster repeat business and referral opportunities.
  • Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to relay market feedback and identify emerging sales opportunities.
  • Preparing regular sales reports, tracking key performance indicators, and contributing to strategic planning sessions.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications and possess the listed competencies:

  • Education: Minimum D3 (all majors) or D4 degree.
  • Age: Up to 30 years.
  • Gender: Male.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a comparable sales role (experience in financial services, automotive financing, or consumer credit is a plus).
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong B2C sales management and target‑driven mindset.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Effective negotiation and persuasive selling techniques.
    • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and reliability.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for client visits.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
