Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer (CMO) to join our expanding team in Darma Giri, Gianyar. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by promoting our product portfolio to both existing and prospective customers across multiple distribution channels. The ideal candidate will combine a solid foundation in sales fundamentals with strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Actively market and present the company’s range of products to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring pitches to meet diverse customer needs.
  • Generate and secure orders from various distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data capture and thorough verification of customer documentation.
  • Prepare and complete all necessary credit applications, collaborating with the finance team to expedite approvals.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates and communicating final credit decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Inform customers of payment terms, due dates, and collection locations, while addressing any additional queries they may have.
  • Maintain a detailed sales pipeline, regularly updating CRM records to reflect the status of leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups with customers to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing market insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging product innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the company at local trade events, product exhibitions, and community outreach programs as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; all majors are considered.
  • Age: Up to 34 years old.
  • Gender: Male.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant sales experience; recent graduates with strong internship exposure are welcome.
  • Key Skills:
    • Proven B2C sales management and target‑driven mindset.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Effective negotiation and persuasive selling techniques.
    • High integrity, diligence, and honesty in all business dealings.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Logistics: Own motor vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C driving licence.
  • Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
  • Placement: Based on the candidate’s domicile within the Gianyar region.
