Responsibilities
- Deliver one‑on‑one and small‑group lessons across a wide range of subjects, including Bahasa Indonesia, Mathematics, Science, English, and Social Studies, tailored to the curriculum of TK, SD, SMP, and SMA levels.
- Assess each student’s strengths and areas for improvement through informal quizzes, observation, and progress reports, then adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Develop customized lesson plans, teaching materials, and interactive activities that align with national education standards and the individual learning styles of students.
- Maintain a punctual and organized schedule, arriving on time for each session and communicating any changes well in advance.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and, when appropriate, to parents or guardians, highlighting achievements and recommending next steps for continued improvement.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment at all times.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and administrative staff to share best practices, attend periodic training sessions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our tutoring program.
- Document attendance, lesson outcomes, and any notable incidents in the company’s learning management system.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: currently enrolled university student (preferably in the final semester) or a graduate with a bachelor’s degree (S1) from any discipline; education majors are highly preferred.
- Strong passion for teaching and a genuine interest in working with children and adolescents.
- Ability to teach subjects across all primary and secondary levels (TK‑SMA).
- Excellent communication skills, patience, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Neat, professional appearance and courteous behavior.
- Willingness to work according to the predetermined schedule (08:00‑17:00, Monday‑Saturday).
- Residency within the Manado area or surrounding districts is considered a significant advantage.
- Basic proficiency in teaching‑related skill development, such as lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment.
