Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Administrator (Sentul) to join our logistics team in Sentul. This pivotal role ensures that daily warehouse operations run smoothly, from coordinating driver documentation to maintaining accurate inventory records. As the bridge between the warehouse floor, the fleet, and our central hub, the Administrator plays a critical part in guaranteeing on‑time deliveries, optimal stock levels, and compliance with internal procedures.
Responsibilities
- Execute all administrative tasks related to the warehouse, including data entry, filing, and record‑keeping.
- Print and distribute driver waybills (surat jalan) and ensure they are attached to the correct shipments.
- Convert Sales Orders (SO) into “On Delivery” status within the transport management system.
- Compile daily dispatch reports and trip recaps for drivers, providing management with real‑time performance metrics.
- Update basket quantities in the Asset Tracker, tracking movement from the warehouse to the hub.
- Monitor and control the driver tower, ensuring proper scheduling, compliance with shift patterns, and timely issue resolution.
- Perform inbound and outbound inventory administration, including goods receipt, data input, and verification.
- Conduct regular stock‑taking (stock opname) calculations and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the procurement and sales teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.
- Maintain and improve Excel spreadsheets using basic formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP to generate actionable insights.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and participating in cross‑functional meetings.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse administration or a closely related field.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) to ensure 24‑hour coverage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP functions.
- Prior experience with fleet or logistics administration is highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Team‑player mindset with a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving and continuous learning.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and asset tracking tools.
