This position plays a vital role in ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient movement of company assets, personnel, and goods across various locations. Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic regulations and internal policies.
- Conduct pre‑trip inspections, perform routine maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Transport employees, clients, and materials to designated destinations, ensuring punctuality and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate mileage logs, fuel receipts, and daily activity reports for managerial review.
- Assist with loading and unloading of cargo, securing items to prevent damage during transit.
- Provide courteous customer service, addressing inquiries and fostering a positive company image.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to optimize routes, reduce travel time, and improve fuel efficiency.
- Adhere to company safety protocols, participate in regular safety drills, and promote a culture of responsibility.
- Support emergency response efforts by delivering urgent supplies or personnel when required.
- Continuously update knowledge of local road conditions, construction zones, and alternative routes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; candidates must present a neat and attractive appearance.
- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated responsibility, discipline, and reliability.
- Prior experience as a driver is highly preferred, though motivated newcomers are welcome.
- Readiness to start employment immediately.
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the class of vehicle operated.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
