Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Branch Administrator for our Rawang location to join a dynamic team in the fast‑growing laundry services industry. This full‑time position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the branch, supporting both the frontline staff and senior management. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch activities, ensuring that all laundry processes meet quality and timeliness standards.
- Manage inventory of detergents, chemicals, equipment, and supplies, and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including daily cash handling, invoicing, and reconciliation of sales reports.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports to regional management, highlighting key metrics such as turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and labor efficiency.
- Supervise and schedule branch staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, turning potential issues into positive service experiences.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in line with local regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and revenue growth, presenting actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to promote branch services and drive customer acquisition.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks—such as filing, documentation, and record‑keeping—are completed with precision and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
